Original 26&2

This beginner’s level hot yoga series consists of 26 hatha poses and two breathing exercises that are simple, restorative, and therapeutic. This class was made popular by Bikram Choudhury. The movements and postures practiced in this class will work to strengthen and tone the body, while detoxifying it through added heat. The repetitive nature of this class allows students at all levels and ages to track their progress and elevate through consistent practice.

The original 26&2 is derived from a broader sequence of 84 postures understood to have been traced back to Bishnu Gosh, younger brother of yogi Paramahansa Yogananda. This series is challenging yet approachable and invites students at all levels to participate. We will practice in a 60 minute format meeting new postures, but certainly not all 84 in 60 minutes :) This class is more of a flow, it explores more technical postures in a fun class environment. YINtegration - Yin Yoga

YINtegration featuring Terri Poch is a culmination of a lifetime passion for the human experience in movement and the concepts of Rolfing. It’s so much more than a yin class, it’s YINtegration. This highly-active class is accessible to all levels and offers the opportunity to understand what lengthens and contracts the tissues of the body. If you can’t feel it, you can’t heal it. This class presents a moment to self-assess your body and recognize feelings of discomfort, tingling and pain. Are you ready to take sovereignty over your own body? It’s time to unlock your potential, rejuvenate, and reset.
