Come to class well hydrated.

New students, arrive early to acquaint yourself with the studio.
Reservations & prepayment for class are not needed, allow 10-15 minutes to get yourself registered and settled in before class.
All classes are beginner’s yoga classes, no prior experience necessary.
Doors are locked and class begins at posted class time.
Refrain from eating a full meal about three hours before your first class.
It's normal for students to feel a range of physical and emotional changes due to the heat and/or the yoga itself. We encourage students to move slowly during practice and take breaks as often as needed. Listen to your body first and always/all ways.
Wear something you feel comfortable sweating in, less is better.
Women typically wear: tank top or sports bra, shorts or capris. It's best when we can see your knees.
Men typically wear: shorts or swim trunks.
We have a shower room, more are in process with current renovations!
Bring: a water bottle, a yoga mat and 1-2 bath sized towel(s). We also sell these items and have mats/towels available for rent.
Be prepared to sweat!
