Sound Healing Gong Meditation with Isabel

Wear comfortable clothing.
Bring: yoga mat, water, cozy items like pillow(s) and blanket(s) to your preference.  

This is a non-heated, 90 minute event. A 30 minute preparation for the gong meditation will be in the style of kundalini yoga, which includes movement, dynamic breathing and chanting of mantras. Children 10 and above are also welcome. This class is for all levels of abilities.

It has been such an honor to gather and build our sacred sound healing space for this whole year. 2018 has been a challenging and powerful time of transformation and learning for many of us. I know that our gatherings, the power of meditation and the vibrations of sound healing have helped to hold space for each of us in our own unique way. I am excited to seal this year with blessed company for all those who can join.

One of the pieces of our final gathering for the year will be to lay to rest all that we do not wish carry into the New Year. We will also honor anyone who has passed this year and invite peace into our hearts and souls with their passing. If you have a loved one who has transitioned this year and want to bring a picture of them, I welcome you to add this to our altar for he evening’s meditation.

The Gong is the Secret Instrument of the Yogi 

The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation. The Gong produces a strong sound wave, almost tangible to the touch, which stimulates the physical body by influencing the surface of the skin and every cell.
