Sound Healing Meditation with Isabel

Wear: loose, comfortable clothing.
Bring: yoga mat & water. Cozy items like pillow(s) and/or blanket(s) to your preference.  

This is a non-heated, 90 minute event. A 30 minute preparation for the gong meditation will be in the style of kundalini yoga, which includes movement, dynamic breathing and chanting of mantras. Children 10 and above are also welcome.

Sometimes we feel we are stuck in life. Sometimes we act in a way we know is not the real us. Everything in the Universe vibrates at a certain frequency. Sound, light, matter and so on. In order to feel more aligned in life we can choose the frequency we want to vibrate in with our pure awareness, thoughts and actions. To make this easier we can sing, dance, work out our bodies and minds and follow a cleaner lifestyle. In this way we will be more in tune and life can simply flow through us.

I will be playing multiple Gongs and other healing instruments. We start with gentle and short Kundalni Yoga warmups to move the energy through the spine which will make you feel relaxed and ready for 40 min of 💥💥Sound Healing💥💥

The month of November is the month of gratitude and giving thanks for all the things you already have and those that are coming your way. l suggest to set your intention based in gratitude. 

I will be teaching a wonderful meditation for gratitude, guided with a beautiful mantra.
